SigNetUK Study: Homologues of HedgehogThe aim of SigNet is to highlight and identify possible candidate sequences in the nematode C elegans, which may be homologues of proteins in the hedgehog signalling pathway of Drosophila and other species.Following a number of online database searches and application of bioinformatics techniques, a number of sequences have been found, with similarity to the Drosophila sequences.
